Two years ago, we introduced our Candidate Satisfaction Survey to emphasize the importance we place on candidate experience. This survey is sent to both successful and shortlisted candidates and helps us to identify what we are doing well, whilst drawing out opportunities for ongoing improvement so we may continue to refine and improve our service offering.
