Mindful in May is a global fundraising campaign which raises money for clean water whilst raising awareness for utilising mindfulness techniques to enable greater mental health.

Mindfulness can be effective in building resilience and better mental health – an issue which costs Australian businesses $10.9bn annually. 

By providing both a physically and mentally safe environment through healthy workplace practices, such as an Employee Assistance Program, employees can feel better supported, engaged and productive at work.
